'My check in wasn't until 3pm and I arrived at 10am. The staff accomodated and placed me into my room at the time of arrival. I would return to newly made beds and fresh towels daily after my daily task. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional along with freshly brewed coffee machines which saved me alot of money. As a Holiday Inn member, I was able to easily extend my check out time.'

'Nice, cozy, clean hotel, with a nice bar and restaurant.
The only drawback is having the swimming pool in the middle od the dining area, it was noisy to have breakfast/coffee in the morning. During dinnig times I believe the pool should be closed.
Otherwise the its a great hotel to stay!'

'Locatie is prima vlakbij the mall of America.
Verder is dit hotel dringend toe aan renovaties.
Het tapijt was vies, de waterdruk in de douche was zeer laag en de deur van de badkamer was verzakt en klemde. Het geheel gaf een versleten indruk.

'The pull out mattress was dirty. We were only given a flat sheet and a blanket for pullout. The hot tub jets didn’t work. Phone in room didn’t work so couldn’t call the front desk. The bathroom fan was hanging by one screw. The second TV in the room also didn’t work.'

'I had booked a stay for two nights, Friday and Saturday. When we arrived they said on their system it shows my reservation for Sunday to Monday even though when I pull up my confirmation in my email it clearly is not Sunday to Monday. On top of that they didn't have any rooms available so we had to scramble trying to find another place to stay. We were told we wouldn't be charged for this, but I have been and it honestly just hasn't been a good experience overall.'

'This hotel was very underwhelming. I've stayed at other hotels for the same price or less and have had much better experiences. This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The breakfast left much to be desired. Staff wasn't rude or mean, but wasn't overly friendly either. Going forward, when we stay in the Minneapolis/st paul area I will avoid this hotel.'
