'The room was clean and shower was good with heat and pressure, but sliding door leaked. Water bottle filling station and breakfast was good!'

'I think it may have recently changed ownership. This property needs a lot of work, they try but seem to be lacking customer service skills. Room was clean and basic, on the third floor, after getting our belongings to our room we went for dinner. Came back and the elevator is broken. Today had to use the stairs to get our belongings back to our vehicle. I know this is our of their control but an offer of assistance would have gone a long way. '

'Construction everywhere! Dirty tub and dirty wash cloth in tub! Pubic hairs on sink! Told us when we got there pool was on and heated, water was so cold, so I ask and said heat was on still next day was cold even colder then day before! '

'The hotel has been remodeled. Looks great. Rooms are huge. Bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here, again. '
