'The rooms are not clean they seem to be rushed. Hair on the ceiling, clogged sink, dust in. Vanity bathroom, hair on the TV, humidity in. The bathroom wall paper seems to have a bit of mold growing.
Convenience for location, staff is friendly, but the rooms are not cleaned properly. '

'The only major drawback occurred over the weekend when one of the main elevators went out of service. While mechanical issues are understandable, the lack of communication was frustrating. There was no signage posted at the elevator banks to alert guests or direct them to the service stairs/alternative lifts. This led to a lot of confusion and long wait times in the lobby, which took away from the otherwise seamless "vibe" of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent...
