'I had read the negative comments but hoped for the best during my trip. I was pleasantly surprised! My room was very nice, clean and comfortable. I had no complaints about the cleanliness of the room at all. Even the female staff member at the front desk was very accommodating as I called to ask for early check in before I arrived, I was told the fee amount, but when I arrived she did not charge me for it.
