'The hotel itself was very nice and staff was friendly and helpful. There was some issues with the parking available on site as the garage gate wouldnt register our cards as well as other guests. Staff were quick to come out to open the gate however. Overall its a pretty hotel in a very convenient location and Id be happy to check out the rest of the autograph collection locations when Im traveling near one. '

'Beautifully decorated home right on the lake. Check in was easy with a door lock code. Lots of utensils and pans and things in the kitchen although we didn't really use them as we were a group of girls on vacation which meant we were not cooking. Location was excellent! We love everything about Geneva on the lake can't wait to go back next year. '
