'We loved the location and it had everything we needed. We loved getting to walked up to Wanderoo bar, around the neighborhood and it was also a short walk into town. It is uphill on the way back but we wanted the exercise! It has a slight musty smell but that is to be expected with older buildings. Overall, we had a great experience here!'

'Everything was beautiful, peaceful, quiet. The only problem we had was the outside lights that came on at dusk, they never turned off. The downstairs bedroom has sheer curtains and our bedroom was so bright we could not sleep well. We had to hang a blanket the next couple of nights to be able to sleep. We like to sleep in a dark room and I know not everyone does, so it would be nice if the lights went out at 10pm or there was a blind in the window that could be pulled down to keep the light out....

'We came to town for a wedding. This little cottage was the perfect location to anything and everything. Anywhere we needed to drive was minutes away. The day we wanted to check out the downtown shops, we loaded up the stroller and walked into town only maybe a half mile away. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Eureka. This little cozy cottage definitely embodies the vintage feel of the town. '

"Het hotel op zich is wat ouder en de kamers ook. Maar de bedden waren prima en de kamer was schoon. Het zwembad was nog niet geopend toen wij er waren maar je kon wel lekker buiten zitten op het balkon. Voor het hotel stopte de trolley en hiermee ben je in een paar minuten in het leuke stadje. Voor 6 dollar per dag heb je een leuke sightseeing met de trolley door de stad. Het hotel biedt geen ontbijt aan maar er is een prima restaurant in het hotel gevestigd waar je voor een goede prijs goed kunt dineren en ontbijten. Als we ooit nog een keer in de buurt zijn dan zullen we dit hotel zeker opnieuw boeken en dat komt mede door het restaurant wat erbij zit!"
