Luxe hotels in Northern Australia

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...

'Excellent location in Plam Cove and lots of space in each apartment. The washer and dryer were perfect. The towels were subpar and the toilet and amenities are not at a 5 star level. But, great location and space for all we wanted to do.'

'The hotel is really nice and clean, comfortable rooms and a luxurious bath room. The breakfast is not worth the extra money, breakfast staff is not motivated, the choice is limited and only 1 cup of coffee is included. Breakfast room looks like a sportsbar, not cozy at all! '
