'i'd like to recognize Lawrence at the breakfast time. Although we did not partake of any of the food because we had our own, he was very accommodating, personable, and very welcoming.

'The property, parking & rooms are beautiful. However…my daughter and I both had the worst sleep of our life here. It was so extremely uncomfortable (bed & pillows) we were up for 2 nights.

The facility is new, clean, and close to the airport. The buffet is satisfying and the weekend lady attendant at the buffet is very sweet and helpful and cheerful. Parking is plentiful and there are restaurants, stores and fast food nearby.
Cons- the walls are paper-thin. We heard everyone and everything. We could hear one neighbor on a zoom call and literally understood everything he said. We could hear housekeeping in the hallway and another neighbor’s tv show and we could even tell...

'I stayed with my family as a stopover coming home from Florida. My main complaint was that there was an ongoing water main break from 2 days prior in the area and the hotel failed to inform me of this condition before I checked in so that I can make an informed decision of staying or finding lodging elsewhere. No showers, washing hands or face & no hot breakfast allowed.
Also, there is an active train in the area that runs during the night, blowing its whistle and woke us every 2 hours.

'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. 'This was the second time I stayed here this year while visiting my daughter. The staff has always been super friendly, the room clean, the breakfast always had a few warm items and was included in the room price so who can complain! Con’s, the room air conditioning blew very hard and cold at times, and it took a couple of times to tap my key to get into my room, but that could have been user error. Overall I enjoy staying here, which is why I chose to stay here once again.'
