'The room is adequate. The beds are so hard you might as well sleep on cement. Laundry was out of order for the entire stay. Woman at desk was nice and easy to deal with: other staff not so much. Lots of people hanging around outside smoking, gathering, etc. location good and close to highway, but you have to make 1 million u turns to get to anything nearby like stores, food, gas. '

Furnitures are broken and are from old furnitures thrown from some Hilton hotel.
Don't have an Iron box, please carry one if you need one during the stay.
No kettles to even prepare coffee in the morning.
Floors makes your feet dirty. Bathroom has no hooks to hang your cloths. There are no hangers in the room. The photos are fake, doesn't look like it at all. You will get a much better experience for this price somewhere else '

'I picked this hotel because it was right off 95, and there were lots of choices to go and grab something to eat nearby. I also was traveling with a small dog and this place accommodated that. The staff were curtious and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. I would stay here again'

'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

'The facility is definitely in need of maintenance and repair, but our room was clean, met our needs, and was a good price. Unfortunately, there were no regular coffee pods for the Keurig-type coffee maker in the room, and downstairs only “Bold” coffee was available (I prefer a lighter roast). Front desk staff seemed overworked and failed to provide some asked for assistance.'

'Clean, bare bones room but large with microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and even though near the airport, the sound was muffled by the white noise of the heater. I would recommend staying here for an overnight stop.

'On our way to the hotel, we received a call that our room would not be ready on time. Upon arriving, we had assumed parking would be free as the hotel is over a parking garage, but were told that we would have to use the parking lot across the street (23$/8hr) or the valet service who owned the garage(51$). We ending up using the valet service and the gentleman from PNC were extremely friendly and helpful.
The front desk staff were less friendly. Everyone seemed in a rush to get things done....
