'We had a terrific time! We enjoyed everything from the trails, pigs, and chickens to the breakfast jam, eggs, and sausage. Check-in was effortless, as was communication with the owners. Two thumbs up in all respects!'

'This place was perfect for my husband and I. We were able to hike some on the Appalachian Trail which was basically in the back yard. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The communication and check in was great. '

'This location is beautiful! It is very relaxing whether you are by the lake, the pool, or just walking around the property. The fishing was a lot of fun and there’s a good variety of fish. Also, there is a reason most reviews comment on how nice Tabby is. She is a very lovely person! The space was very roomy and clean. It was myself, my husband, and our two kids, and we fit very nicely in the space. I think the coffee bar was my favorite! I would very happily stay there again! '

'Such a charming and well located home. It made it so easy for us and our film crew to get to Antietam, Gettysburg and Fredericksburg. We have been to Frederick many times, but this home made it even better. You'll have everything you need here! And you can see we brought our furry kids too! '

'The house is a nice little place to stay, very quiet and away from noises. Easy to find. The goats were very cute to watch. Didnt get a chance to use the pool but looked like a nice place to cool off after exploring the area. Was about 20 min to downtown historic Fredericksburg but wasnt a bad drive. Only challenge i had was the shower is on the smaller side, a moveable showerhead would make it easier. '

'My friends and I absolutely loved this stay on the lake in West Virginia! The artsy vibe of the home, views, and wildlife were amazing. Plenty of places to sit and catch up. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances (thank you for the local coffee!) Each adult having their own bedroom and full bath was a huge perk!'
