'Everything went great during my short term stay at Holiday Inn. The staff were extremely kind, especially one named Ebony. While the breakfast selection wasn’t so vast, it was not uncommon for a chain hotel. Also, our bedroom faced the Interstate so there was a lot of outside noise at night. However, the hotel provides white noise machines and ear plugs for when that happens. I just did not have the knowledge at that time, so that’s one thing for you all to note in future visits.'

'We booked a while back and when we arrived, we were told they didn't have a room for us. They had our booking confirmation but somehow that didn't mean they saved a room for us. This should have been communicated ahead of time, not when we get there after a long day of traveling. We had an event to get to so this made for a hectic night of trying to find a place to stay, rush to get ready and get to the event. Absolutely unacceptable'

'It was awful. They gave us a room that was already occupied and then the front desk lady didn’t seem like she wanted to help us. We were told to wait and then everyone went through the line and she still didn’t seem like she wanted to help. I had to ask her if she was even going to help us. We literally walked into a room that they assigned to us and it was occupied then had to wait over 30 minutes to get help.'

'Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!! '
