'Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms, nice breakfast choices and all for a low rate. We travel to Des Moines several times a year and usually stay downtown but I think this will be our new go to place it saves us $100 a night plus its only a 15 minute drive to the downtown area. '

'The staff is wonderful. We had car trouble and got stuck while waiting for it to be repaired. Dan, who was managing the front desk, was extremely considerate and helped me and my family feel welcomed until we got back on the road. He and the rest of the staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, modern, nice and well kept. '

'It was a wonderful high tech hotel. My only negative was having a room directly accross from the pool and hot tub. It was a bit loud and it echoed. Also if you dont want cats say dog friendly i stead of pet friendly. I was allowed to stay but it was disconcerting.'

'We love to make a weekend out of our ISF trip, and this was our 4th year now staying overnight at a hotel..we’ve had some trial and errors the last 3 times but THIS year we found the winner! Hyatt Place was truly everything it claimed to be and more! Main uses of the room of course is to sleep and shower, so why does it really matter where we stay?! The location was super convenient and comfortable being near the outlet mall, there’s a variety of places to eat real close by, it took us no time...
