'Sadly, we had some issues with our stay. The room was very nice, but the staff was often not available at the front desk and lots of facilities were not available. The pool was being renovated. The fitness room was very limited (only 2 machines). The laundry services had been broken for multiple weeks and had not been fixed. Additionally, the surrounding area was not nice. Many stray dogs and closed stores. One thing which was very good was the buffet breakfast. Lots of choice and very tasty. It...

'Exceeded expectations. The bed was very nice and soft. The swimming pool inside and out were wonderful. Played pool in the pool room a couple of nights. Very easy to find and very convenient to use as a jumping off point for glacier national Park.'

'The rooms are not well soundproofed and we heard so much noise from the guests in the room next to us. It would help to have those little cork pads on the cupboards and perhaps more wall coverings to dampen the crashing noises. Also, not sure if anything can be done about the flushing toilets, but they are thunderous. Otherwise wonderful place. I doubt we will stay again though because it’s not fun being woken up several times in the night. '
