'Everything was great for the most part. Staff members were all very kind and helpful. The only issue i had was the dog area. The trash was in great need of being taken care of, as it was overflowing our entire stay. I consider it a small matter, but kind of an important one. '

'The property itself was new and clean, however, it felt very sterile. I wouldn’t call what they serve in the morning an actual breakfast, more like packaged muffins. I was disappointed there was no shuttle service to the airport, however, the staff was very friendly.'

'Why such a low rating? After a long day at the park, we arrived to check in after 4 p.m. An older woman was at the front desk. She checked us in and, after paying, told us the room wasn't ready and we had to come back in an hour. When we asked if we could leave our luggage in the room, she refused. When we returned after more than two hours, the room was barely cleaned. Otherwise, it was fine.'

'The cabin was so clean!! Great amenities! The addition of the pool and hot tub is such perk! Also love the duck pond with the feed dispenser to feed the ducks!'
