'I liked the room. It was cleverly laid out and there was a place to put most things while traveling. The air conditioning worked great too. The property was clean and in a good location too.

'The one person on staff did her best to assist, but it was clear she had no one else working with her. The room quality wasn't great - the jacuzzi tub was broken (the jets were either not working or spraying EVERYWHERE. We asked for extra blankets and no one ever brought any. The hot tub jets were also broken. I would give a 2/10, and the two points are because the only person on staff did her best.'

'Parking was fine, although the lot was small.The kitchen had a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, which was nice. I can't get beyond the skimpy, very squishy pillows. There were only 3 for our queen-sized bed. The pillow situation made for a not restfull night.'

'We stayed for 4 nights in a very nice executive level room in the deluxe accommodations of the Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic. We enjoyed the executive level perks and breakfast. Check-in was welcoming and smooth; breakfast staff were great. As experienced travelers, we appreciated that.
There were some things that left us leaving with a level of frustration and thus our overall rating.
