'The hotel is conveniently located next to the highway for easy access to Six Flags Fiesta Texas and Hurricane Harbor. The room was clean, but the shower/tub was leaking the entire time. It caused there to be some sort of ring in the tub that made caused me to shower in slides.'

'Very limited choices for breakfast, room smelled like mold/mildew. The desk chair was tore. up the leather cover was shredded and the fabric under the pieces off leather that was still therec, the toilet wouldn’t flush right, the toilet paper kept coming back up, we stayed one night and that’s it. I took a shower and I could see where the housekeeping only mopped part of the bathroom floor because it was still dirty underneath the sink. Disappointing stay for a Best Westerm'

'Incorrect room was booked by 3rd party. was put in a handicapped room which provided a bed that was 5 inches off the ground, very dissatisfied. Elevator was out of order so we had to carry all our luggage to the second floor. Facility was a bad smell. '

'I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the beds appeared to be made upon arrival, the sheets were clearly not clean—there was visible lipstick smeared on them, which was very concerning.
We contacted the front desk and requested fresh sheets. While they did provide new ones, we were simply handed the sheets and had to change the bedding ourselves, which is not what I would expect from a hotel stay.
Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet...

'I never got to stay in my reserved room. The hotel canceled my reservation around 7:00 p.m. because they claimed my credit card did not go through. It was Spring Break, a busy Saturday night, and 9:00,p.m. when we arrived, so finding another room was just impossible.
