'Breakfast was adequate. The hot tub was large and spacious. The water was nice and hot. The staff were friendly and professional. All in all, a very good value.'

'The rooms and the building were lovely. My complaint is with the hot tubs. I brought a brand new black bathing suit along and maybe that was my mistake but there were so many chemicals in the hot tubs that after a multitude of washing my suit, it had changed from black to light grey after 1 use of the hot tub. One!!!! That’s $100 down the toilet to replace it. Advise: if u use the hot tubs, bring a crappy old bathing suit. Wow not a good first impression of this hotel. '

'This hotel is great. We’ve stayed here before and I’d give it a 10/10. It’s under renovation right now and we had no idea when we booked this hotel. Things were upside down in the lobby, the game room was closed, no tea or coffee or hot chocolate that they usually have. Breakfast was terrible as well it was loud with a lot of banging from the Reno’s above us. Also it was to include two drinks which it did not. 'It reeks like fried fish everywhere '

'The hot tub was fine, not to hot for kids but the main pool was cold. The shower head wasn't the was best. Other than that nice place.'

'We've been staying here for years when visiting family due to the suites they have (1 king bed and 2 twin beds). The full breakfast is always a treat and the staff is friendly and always helpful. We still enjoy it, but the hot tubs have been in non-working order for quite a while (approx. 1 year), which is a disappointment. '

'BED BUGS! Do not stay at this hotel. We found a bed bug crawling on our pillow when we were winding down for the night. We documented it and reported it to staff immediately, got a new room but felt absolutely disgusted. Save yourself and book elsewhere. It was a complete nightmare and when we requested a refund, we were denied. '
