'Ik werd warm ontvangen toen ik 's avonds aankwam. De kok was al naar huis maar toch werd aangeboden dat ze hem belden om iets voor me klaar te komen maken. Ik heb geen gebruik gemaakt van het aanbod maar het laat wel de hoge servicegraad zien. De kamer was netjes, er was een waterkoker met thee/koffie en het bed lag heerlijk. het is een hotel dat een zeer persoonlijke benadering heeft. Top!'

'Finally got a decent upgrade as a Platinum member. Friendly and helpful receptionists gave us Suite 178 which had an excellent sitting area with a bath in it (?), kitchen area and then a very comfortable bedroom and luxurious bathroom with another bath and a large walk in shower. '
