'The room was wonderfully decorated and clean, and the shower was amazing. Service was also great: Linda shlepped up a flight of stairs at 10 PM to get an extra coffee for me, and Kevin at the front desk was consistently friendly and professional. Wild Swann, the hotel restaurant, has both great food and drinks; I highly recommend the Beet Salad. If you get Travis as your bartender, you are in for a treat: this guy should be a comedian. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in...

'Excellent stay. The hotel itself was very quiet and super clean. Loved the bed and pillows! I would have loved another blanket in the room as it’s just a sheet and very thin blanket but I’m sure I could have asked for one. Parking was a challenge unless you pay for valet which is $45. We ended up just paying the valet fee but that process was so smooth and fast! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar was excellent as well and had a very romantic feel to it. Will return! '
