'This property is meticulously maintained and what a perfect spot to stay after a 700 mile motorcycle ride. The goats and chickens were beautiful! And the 2 super friendly dogs were there to say goodbye as we were leaving! I just can't say enough how perfect the place was.'

'The property was very clean and roomy. Great for medium-size groups. The host responds like AI . The master bedroom faces a busy road, and heavy trucks go by starting early in the morning.'

'Very happy to find a nice place that allows dogs. Plenty of paths to hike around the house, plus easy access to Colebrook and Pittsburg.'

'This property was perfect for our stay as it was close to family that we were there to visit. The property was perfect and the host was very kind upon arrival.'

'A few days before check in, the owner sent the door code and told me we would be staying in his house instead of the cabin from the listing. He said it was 5 beds and sleeps 10 but that was not accurate. It did appear new which he said it was built within the last 2 years. There was a terrible bug issue when we arrived. We arrived after dark so I'm sure they were bad because of the lights. Everything was ok for us, we made it work with only 2 beds even though the original listing had 3 and that...

'Host was very responsive when texting about a couple concerns. The grounds could have been better maintained as well. But, we enjoyed weeding the fire pit :) The house was very conveniently located. The listing reported garage parking and a few other things that were not accurate, but also didn't affect our stay. Will stay here again!!'

'The house was clean and tidy, but the address was incorrect on Vrbo and the house was very cold upon arrival. No heat upstairs and the heat downstairs was shut off. (Temp during the day was below 50°, at night in the 20s). The host called me about the address after I messaged him. Vrbo needs to fix that. '
