'When we arrived, the driveway & walkway to the front door were covered in poop. The front door keypad didn’t work due to dead batteries. We contacted the host, who gave us a garage code that also didn’t work. They said they would send someone out. We noticed the garage door release cord already pulled, allowing manual access, which made us believe they were aware the keypad batteries were dead. 'This brand new house is wonderful! Great space for families, with a large area upstairs for additonal guests. Very comfortable with new appliances and very roomy! Master bedroom is beautiful. The host was very welcoming and available for anything we needed. We will stay again!'
