The Space:
You can relax in the cosy living room during your stay which has two large sofas, an armchair, a smart TV, and a wood-burning stove.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and microwave. The spacious dining area has a wooden table with seating for all guests.

Sand Pit Cottage offers three comfortable bedrooms: two with king-size beds and one with a double, accommodating up to six guests.

The family bathroom downstairs includes a bath, shower cubicle, toilet, and basin. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a toilet and basin.

Enjoy the sunny courtyard garden with a patio, outdoor furniture, BBQ, and a private hot tub.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Please note that due to the necessary and regular hot tub cleaning / water change, it may not be fully up to temperature at the time of check in.

For convenience, a mini-mart located just a mile away provides essential groceries and other necessities.

Thorpe Market is easily accessible by car. From Norwich, it’s about a 30-40 minute drive via the A140 and A149. If you’re traveling from London, the journey takes around 2.5 to 3 hours via the A11.

The nearest train station is in Gunton, just a 5-minute drive from Sandpit Cottage. Alternatively, Cromer Station, about 10 minutes away by car, provides regular services to Norwich. From Norwich, there are direct trains to London Liverpool Street, Cambridge, and other major cities.

Local bus services run between Thorpe Market and nearby towns, such as Cromer and Sheringham. The Coasthopper bus service connects several coastal villages, making it easy to explore without a car.
