'I reserved this property due to its supposed vicinity to the Milano Centrale train station. Supposed because in reality the property is in another town, outside Milan. I came to check into the property at 9pm following the map shown on VRBO property profile, which clearly shows a couple of blocks away from Milano Centrale. But surprisingly it is not there. The owner didn't respond when asked for a refund and said he could not find anybody at VRBO customer service due to the late hour of the...

'The property was kind of new but it was dirty, the lights in the apartment were also annoying. The complex where it’s located had some restaurants, stores and a drugstore that made it way nicer and easier to get things. If the apartment was very clean I would give a 9/10!'

'Nära till tågstationen och lätt att ta sig med bil, som vi gjorde. Otrolig utsikt och nära till flertal restauranger. Ägarna var väldigt enkla och behjälpliga. Vi hade inte bokat någon parkering för vår bil i förväg, men de hjälpte oss med det när vi kom på plats. Enda nackdelen var att fjärrkontrollen till tvn var borta så tvn kunde inte användas. I övrigt kan detta boende varmt rekommenderas!'
