'We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The initial room we were booked to seemed to have been previously occupied by smokers. Having specifically requested a non smoking room, we were provided with an alternative room swiftly. Mattia, who received us at the reception for check-in showed us to the room and made sure everything was to our liking. Dinner was lovely and so was the breakfast buffet. The staff were very friendly at all times. '

'Everything about this place is amazing! The huge room with beautiful views over the lake, the spotless bathroom with luxurious toiletries and plenty of towels and the wonderfully comfortable bed. Also, your breakfast was served every morning on your terrace which was the best way to start the day. Add to that the staff were all so polite but also kind, friendly and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for you. We also used the private spa which was a treat and so relaxing. I cannot recommend this...

Definitely recommended for travellers enjoying superior quality and service! Perfect lakefront Piazza Cavour location making it easy and convenient to walk around the Old Town!'
