'We absolutely loved our stay from beginning till almost the end. When we arrived we were told by the male staff member that breakfast was included. At check out that turned out not to be the case. We should have checked ourselves, but the insincere apology from the manager is the reason why we left somewhat disappointed.'

The room itself is lovely and relaxing, the bed was nice and comfortable and to boot, the property was in a small courtyard area away from the Main Street, so considering you’re slap bang in the middle of Nottingham, there’s very little noise throughout the night!

'Lovely property. Nice and clean. Great range of features in the room including oven, microwave and fridge. Extremely comfy bed, and great aircon system for keeping cool. Location is just outside the main city centre area, so you are not blighted by the associated noise. But attractions are still within a comfortable walking distance, or their are bus services/stops in close vicinity. Overall a great stay.'

'Very nicely done up property with everything you could need. Instructions to check in were very simple and owner is easy to contact if anything did go wrong. Would definitely stay again and would recommend over a typical hotel'
'Stayed in this hotel a couple of times. The position couldn’t be better just 5 mins walk to St Peter’s square and other town centre shops, got plenty of pubs and eating places on door step and the train station is less than 10 mins walk. Hotel isn’t anything fancy but is clean and confy'
'Location is convenient to the train station. No reception but management is communicative and helpful. Suite was large and well decorated/equipped. As is sometimes the case, bathroom ventilation wasn’t great so bathroom smelled a little mildewy. Aside from that, room was clean and comfy. Recommend!'

"Although many stars given by me, my all in all result is 3 stars because of the all day long (24/7) heavily humming noise I heard in my room. Luckily I had a couple of earbuds with me that I was going to use during a pop concert, so I didn't hear the noise during my sleep.
My room was a single person room, number 31. So if you get that one offerred, immediatly ask for another room."
