'Breakfast was not always heated and sometimes sat cold. My car was vandalized parked in the front of hotel lobby. Alerted front desk, manager was supposed to contact me as they were on the premises. No contact from Mgr, checked out the next day instead of staying thru the reservation. Homeless people on the grounds by the dumpster.'

'I've been to quite a few Hampton Inn's and this left a lot to be desired.'

'The room was smaller compared to their other property in Rock Hill. Also didn't have ice maker, a bigger leather chair and a rotating desk chair like the Rock Hill SC property. I like that it was very clean, the AC was great and the staff was very attentive and nice. Yes, I'll recommend it.'

'Everything smelled wet and moist. The hallways were warm and it was hard to open the door because the carpet installed was swelling or something so had to drag the door over that carpet. The hosts we initially spoke with were very pleasant though. For the money I would advise going somewhere else.'

'Pictures online are not accurate and area is not safe. Check in desk isn’t even at Red Lion, it’s at the Radisson. The building is very old, the rooms are outdated and the AC was not working on multiple floors. Requested a new room and was moved onto the same floor with same AC issues. Ended up not staying and going to South End Holiday Inn & Suites instead.'

'When we arrived we parked in front of the entrance to check-in and to unload luggage . A shuttle driver appeared behind our car blasting his horn. I asked him what was the problem ; he just blasted his van horn and drove away. The receptionist said “Move your car”. I replied we were checking in . He just said again , in an imperious tone, “Move your car.” No explanation !! When we got to our room, the tv had the wrong remote, so you couldn’t use the tv. 'This place was absolutely terrible. I checked in and checked out immediately after seeing the building and my room. The traffic of people were shady and the room was dirty. The sheets had stains, the floors were slippery and dirty. The hallways and room smelled funky and the other guest were loud.'

'DO NOT STAY HERE…FILTHY I reserved 2 rooms and both were filthy! Stains on sheets, looked like cigarette holes on comforters. Bathroom toilet had hair on it, bathroom shower was nasty, bathroom door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the place was built. We walked in and right back out. Did not stay here.
