Secure, beautiful, and peaceful, Condominios Taheima is located inside the gated community of the El Tigre Golf and Country Club in the resort development of Paradise Village in Nuevo Vallarta. A short 15 minute taxi ride north of the PV airport.
This 2nd floor condo offers a great view of the 5th fairway while you are relaxing on the large terrace. This is a spacious 1500 sq ft unit where you can relax in comfort and feel at home, with 2 large infinity pools.
Best suited for 4 but can sleep 6.

The space:

• Free wireless internet in the condo is available, ENJOY!
• This condo is best suited for 4 but can sleep up to 6 people if the living room sofas are slept on (not sleeper sofas).

• A very inexpensive “Paradise Village” guest membership to the Beach Club (0.75 miles from Condo front gate) is available to give our guests access to several privileges. Guest membership is approximately $25 USD per week per adult and $13 USD per week per child (under 12 years of age). A minimum of 2 weeks is required to purchase membership.

Other details to note:
- This condo is a wonderful way to wind down after a busy day of shopping, golfing, day at the beach or swimming at the pool
- Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the resort, without the hustle and bustle of a hotel, life is much quieter and in a tranquil setting
- Cook at the condo or there are numerous dining options in the nearby area from local cuisine, to wonderful Italian cuisine (3 minutes by taxi), to McDonald’s in the Plaza (5 minutes by taxi), or enjoy special access to one of the beachside or club restaurants. The pool-side palapa bar at Taheima offers another, closer to home, option (Nov 1 thru Apr 30)
• Laundry facilities are available in the two bedroom condo and in the laundry room
• If you want additional cleaning for longer stays, this can easily be arranged for a very reasonable fee. Maid service is not included.

**This is a well-controlled gated community. Once booked, a "Renter's Access" form will be sent to verify name of renter, total number of guests and arrival time (signature required on this document). The number of guests (regardless of age) is required to be listed on the occupancy sheet. Pictures of identification for all adults who will occupy the condo is also required. The property manager will meet you at the front gate to Taheima Condo Complex and help you with the check-in process.
**A private concierge is available upon request to navigate the check-in and club membership process ahead of time (highly recommended).

**A $25 USD fully refundable security deposit is required during check-in (in case of lost or stolen keycard). If keycard is returned to property manager, the security deposit will be refunded in full.
