Vallarta Adventures is just down the road: rafting, zip-lining, jungle safaris, ATV adventures, scuba diving, snorkeling, and surfing. Plenty of local culture is just a short walk away on well-lit and busy streets.

You’ll make plenty of friends at the pool or sports bar, but after 10 p.m., the area is quiet, with the young at heart heading out to enjoy the beach scene in Buceras or along the Malecón. 10 minutes from the airport, 1 kilometer from the beach.

This is a condo that we offer, so there are no concierge services; staff report to the owners but will not serve guests.

5-gallon bottles of water are available, but the tap water here has been very safe for many years.

McDonald’s is 1K away if you get tired of restaurant food. Unfortunately, the local grocery store is expensive, but an Uber to Chedrui, Soriana, or even Sam’s or Walmart makes shopping just like at home.

There’s a good American hospital 1K away, plus pharmacies that sell almost everything without a prescription. In-home massage, hair treatments, and foot care are available.
