The Space
With high ceilings, air conditioning in every room, and soundproofing, this peaceful retreat boasts a spacious, open-concept living area bathed in natural light thanks to large windows. The fully equipped kitchen—featuring granite countertops—opens onto a welcoming dining area and a comfortable living room complete with a TV and a Sonos wireless speaker. Two patio doors lead to a large, west-facing private balcony that gets plenty of sun. Furnished with a bar table, stools, and outdoor seating, the balcony is perfect for dining and relaxing while overlooking the palm trees and pool, or for simply enjoying the magnificent sunsets.

Guest Access
Access to the Seibal complex is secured by a guard at the entrance. A dedicated parking space is available if you have a car. The condo is located on the third floor, and the building has an elevator.
Courteous staff will welcome you and hand over the keys. Luggage carts are available on-site..

You can reach the Vidanta resort complex in just four minutes via our dedicated golf cart.

An optional membership add-on ($45 USD per person for the duration of your stay) allows you to play golf on two renowned, magnificent courses—the Nayar and the Greg Norman (host of the PGA TOUR Mexico Open)—at deeply discounted rates ($50/$75 USD per golfer instead of the regular $205/$275 USD). You also gain access to a third course (a 10-hole par-3 layout) that is open in the evenings.

The condo features four comfortable bedrooms with quality bedding: a spacious master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, a king-size bed, and a private bathroom; two large bedrooms with queen-size beds (one with an adjoining bathroom); and a small bedroom with a bunk bed (two single beds) and an adjoining bathroom, ideal for children. All three bathrooms are equipped with a large walk-in shower. Bath towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner, a hairdryer, and an iron are provided for your use.

An impressive, beautifully designed pool featuring graceful curves and a water feature winds through the backyard, which is landscaped with ornamental shrubs, flowers, and palm trees. Pool towels are provided, and outdoor restrooms are available. A BBQ and all necessary equipment are also at your disposal, allowing you to fully enjoy this peaceful, enchanting setting.

Located less than 20 minutes from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Parking is available in a private driveway with 24/7 security.
