**The Space**



The condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with three well-appointed bedrooms featuring fresh linens, room-darkening shades, and ample storage for a restful stay.



The bright living area offers air conditioning, WiFi, a TV, and a dedicated workspace, making it easy to relax or work remotely. Please note that the interior stairs are narrower and steeper than standard, so extra care is recommended for young children, older adults, or guests with limited mobility.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, from cooking basics and dinnerware to a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and wine glasses. Gather around the dining table or enjoy meals outdoors in the fresh coastal air.

**Location**



Terra is ideally located in Nuevo Nayarit, right on the shores of Bahía de Banderas. Enjoy direct beach access and easy access to restaurants, golf courses, shopping, and the area's top attractions while returning each day to a peaceful beachfront retreat.



**Parking & Check-in**



Free parking is available in the building's garage as well as on the street. Upon arrival, your host will personally welcome you, provide access to the property, and ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Guest Registration

To ensure a seamless arrival, the condominium requires the full names of all guests and your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before check-in. Please share this with us promptly to avoid any delays or access restrictions at the security gate (please note that Del Mar cannot be held responsible for entry issues due to missing guest information).



The Check-In Process

Standard check-in takes place between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Upon arrival, you will check in at the security booth. We will send you your electronic gate access code prior to your stay so you can enter easily. Our staff will be there to welcome you during these hours, but if you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please just let your host know in advance!



Last-Minute Reservations

We love welcoming spontaneous travelers! Please keep in mind that if you book your stay after 9:00 PM the night before, or on the exact same day you plan to arrive, your check-in time will be from 6:00 PM onwards. This gives our team the necessary time to perfectly prepare the apartment for you.



Checking Out

Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. When it is time to say goodbye, we kindly ask send a quick message to your host to let them know you are departing. Safe travels!

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car at the airport if you'd like the flexibility to explore the city at your own pace. Alternatively, taxis and Uber are widely available, making it easy and convenient to get around Nuevo Vallarta.

Before You Book



To help you enjoy a smooth and 5-star stay, please keep the following in mind:



* Please make sure your reservation includes the exact number of guests, including children and infants, as the condominium counts every guest toward the maximum occupancy. Rates may vary depending on the number of guests.

* No visitors are allowed during your stay.

* Pets are not permitted.



During Your Stay



* The cleaning fee covers the professional cleaning before your arrival and after your departure. Daily housekeeping, laundry service, and linen changes are not included.

* Starter amenities are provided upon arrival only.

* The kitchen includes essential cookware and utensils. Cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper are not provided.

* Please do not flush any paper, including toilet paper, as this may damage the condominium's plumbing system.

* The BBQ area is subject to availability and must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.

* Parking is available subject to availability.

* We kindly ask you to use electricity responsibly. Your reservation includes a specific electricity allowance based on the season and the size of the unit. Any additional consumption will be charged at $5 MXN per extra kWh, calculated from the meter readings taken at check-in and check-out.



Good to Know



* The condo is professionally fumigated before and after every stay. Due to Nuevo Vallarta's tropical climate, insects may occasionally be present. If needed, we are happy to arrange an additional fumigation at no extra cost.

* Small beach insects (commonly known as gnats) are common in the area. Their bites are harmless but may cause mild itching, so we recommend bringing insect repellent.

* Nuevo Vallarta is a growing destination, and nearby construction may occasionally generate daytime noise.

* Del Mar Boutique Accommodation manages the unit, while the condominium administration is responsible for all shared amenities and common areas.

Our team is available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM to ensure you have a seamless and relaxing experience.
