Very quiet and beautiful resort. Food was excellent. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Big gracias to Laura for the friendly service. Resort goes quiet at about 9pm. The beach is lovely with great sand. Would definitely stay again.

This place is 10/10. The restaurants were great and offered lots of variety and delicious food. The pools are so beautiful and the beach is steps away. So many friendly people. Our son is autistic and this place felt very inclusive. Only one night room service took over an hour and my son was very hungry and when the food arrived it wasn’t fresh. Other than that this place is great and I will definitely be back.

Overall had a pleasant time. Check in was just okay. Room was not ready until after 4PM. My only suggestion is that hotel information should be better explain when checking in. We had the all inclusive option which was great. It just stinks that you have to wait for a check to still sign even though you don’t owe. I would love to take a moment and acknowledge Enrique. He is truly an amazing waiter and Villa Del Palmer is lucky to have such an amazing person working for them. He is super friendly and goes above and beyond with his customer service. Villa Del Palmer would acknowledge this asset and really consider in making possible growth for him there. In addition, I would love to recommend Octavio. He is another server that tends to those around the pool. His personality is wonderful and great. He is super friendly and goes above and beyond to provide wonderful customer service. Villa Del Palmer should be very thankful for him as well. We wanted a family photo and asked the bellmen if they would help us with that. There was one bellmen that was very unfriendly and acted as if it was an inconvenience to him. His other coworker Luis was more then accommodating and was willingly to assist us with her an amazing photo. We had an incident happen where in our second bathroom of our room entire mirror fell out of its insert and shatter on the floor. This happen around 9 PM while we were there and we called down to the front desk right away when it happened.

From the moment we arrived we were received by a wonderful I wouldn't say employee I'd say family because that's the way we were treated on our 4 day stay. The bars provided us excellent service went beyond our expectations, food had a wide variety and was amazingly good. This property is beautiful. We traveled with family and it was a total of 12 of us - 5 adults and 7 kids. We all had a great time as there was plenty to keep the kids busy but also we loved the laid back feel of it. Our expectations were all exceeded, from the pools, the rooms, the food, and the service, we would highly recommend this resort. The entire place is very well taken care of and all the staff make you feel so welcome.

Staying in this hotel was a pleasant experience. Room was comfortable and clean, food is amazing, staff were polite and very helpful. We had late flight, but were able to use the pool and the lounge with shower after the checkout. It’s very thoughtful. I also had a complimentary SPA appointment. It was great experience, so relaxing! I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

オールインを楽しみにしていましたが、それなりに楽しめました。ただ接客、特に長時間利用するプールバーの横柄で気分は良くなかったです。あとこのホテルは会員プランの加入を強く進めているせいか、レストランなどで商談をするのでこちらも気分は良くないです。 会員に入るとベネフィットはあるのでしょうけど、それがあからさまで通常客としては肩身の狭い感じになります。

The hotel & property was beautiful. The staff was great & willing to accommodate. The pool service was great, & Reggie was amazing. We has an issue with room service. My wife & 2 grand girls waited for over 1 hour. & never received the order. She was told she gave the wrong room number. We all know when calling from the room they know exactly which room it is. Carol Rivas took the information & filed a report. She apologized for the situation, & was very helpful with other dinner reservations. It was difficult to make a dinner reservation especially with 2 infant girls. Aside of that my family had a great time. Thank you

Staff were really friendly. The servers would recognize us and were happy to help us. Our son enjoyed the kids club. The restaurants had a receipt system that we were nervous about. We booked all inclusive but having the receipts we had to sign at each meal made us nervous about being changed extra. Hotel is beautiful. We would come back.

Our family of 3 stayed at this resort for 5 nights and 6 days. It was our family's first time in Mexico. So we opt in to all inclusive. We had a lovely stay. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Breakfast buffet was great, a lot of options for food! For lunch and dinner there were plenty of options as well. For dinner, make sure to make a reservation for their restaurants. We did not encounter any aggressive time-share agent. I would recommend! Thanks for the great experience!

Overall the property was amazing especially for adults.The food was great, especially the breakfasts! Esmerelda the greeter was soo cheery and after two days remembered our name!! Aidan the surperviser at the front desk really tried to accomodate us with a room switch due to late night arrivals. However my big complaint was when we had to get late checkout. When we asked him, he said, yes, no problem but even though he did say yes to us, it was not clear to the morning crew and it made for a frustrating check out. I was not impressed by the morning crew at check in! I think if you want anything, have them put it in writing so its not just your word against theirs!

We loved this property and will definitely be back but the only inconvenience was having to wait in a long line every day to make dinner reservations. The concierge should be able to assist with this (as is done at other resorts) so people don’t have to waste valuable vacation time in a line every day. Also a computerized reservation system would be very valuable at a great resort like this.

Overall the resort and staff were great, especially the pool staff and including wonderful Nadia. I was disappointed during the few days we had rain that only 1 restaurant out of 3 was open for dinner and you needed reservations up to 8pm. We had to purchase food as we were not told room service was not included in our plan until the next day. The resort should have pre-planned with having umbrellas or awnings so those restaurants could be open. Great location and variety of food, drinks and entertainment!

we did not get the rooms we paid for. We talked to front desk staff and we were never reassigned a room. We were initially assigned an occupied room and walked in to some guests it was so embarrassing. I feel like they owe me a refund. Pool staff and restaurant staff are very nice. Front desk staff are horrible.

We paid for the best rooms they had and they gave us whatever they wanted. They also assigned to us an occupied room so we get to the room and there was a couple there. They never apologized or moved us to a room with beach view which is what we paid for. The also lie on a retainer on your card at check in. They said it was 3000 pesos but my cc statement showed 600 dollars. There are extremely limited live events and music so if you're looking to party this is not the place. There's very limited transportation to and from the resort. Staff at the front are rude and will argue with you. I had to argue with them to fill the fridge because we had paid for an all inclusive and it wasn't filled until 2 days after check in. Definitely never going back.

Overall very clean, excellent staff, lots of poolside and beach lounges. But a lot of them were always reserved regardless of the No Reserved Seats Rule. A reasonable amount of organized activities. Food varied from ok to good. Having to sign for every meal and drink was annoying as it being a mixed hotel and all inclusive. The wrist band should have been sufficient as is used at most all inclusive resorts.
