'The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. 'Fantastic hotel, and exceptional location. Swimming pool outside was great, spa even better. Hotel is super dog friendly and that s a big plus. Only minus is that nobody seems to speak English, making sometimes the request we had even at restaurant very challenging '
