'We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year'

'Parking is easy. The hotel is located in a very cute and small town. Right next to the hotel flows a strong flowing river, which gives it a romantic and calming atmosphere. The views are amazing overseeing the river, mountains and a little town square. The staff is utterly helpfull, respectfull and kind. The rooms are clean and well organised. The pool area is nice and has a little playground. It also oversees the mountains which is just perfect for relaxing. The breakfast is not that special,...

'Descent hotel 4 minutes walk from the ski lift. The hotel is nice and cosy, with a good bed and a descent breakfast. There are some tiles loose here and there, but nothin hazardous. The staff is friendly and welcoming. This hotel is one of the stops of some trip for elderly people, but they are very lovely! '

'Tot molt bé. Però em sembla una deficiència important que la majoria del personal no tan sols no et poden atendre amb català sinó que ni tan sols l'entenen. Em sembla que en un establiment turístic que no et puguin atendre amb la llengua oficial és molt greu.'

'La verdad no tengo queja, yo sobretodo pido limpieza y que si tengo cualquier duda o problema me ayuden y así ha sido, personal hablo del que a mi me atendió de 10, de hecho cuando nos hemos ido he dejado claro que hemos estado muy agusto. '

'Hotel en medio de la nada, perfecto para ir a esquiar a La Masella o La Molina. No hay nada alrededor por lo que se debe tener en cuenta. Si quieres salir a cenar debes ir a Puigcerdà o otros pueblos a mínimo 30min. Habitaciones amplias, cama muy grande y cómoda. Desayuno correcto. Pero muy caro y sobrevalorado por lo que es. Tiene piscina y spa que no usamos, seguro que es buena opción para después de una jornada de ski.'

'Una casa grande, bonita, bien situada y ideal para familias. Lo que si añadiría en el anuncio aunque a la gente local le puede parecer obvio es que las tasa turística no está incluida. También estaría bien avisar que los coches grandes no caben en el garaje.'

'Todo pésimo. El dueño del hostal se había equivocado al configurar la página y nos dijo que por el precio entregado en la página no nos podía atender. Le pedí que nos cancelara la estancia y me devolviera el dinero, lo hizo de forma tal que él no tuviera que pagar la multa de 300 euros que él debía pagar por no atendernos. Al menos me devolvió el dinero que habíamos pagado.'

'Hemos pasado un increíble fin de semana. El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo, con vistas a la montaña y la tranquilidad de vivir unos días en una masía rural. Los productos de la botiga rural son excelentes. Mari Carmen y su familia nos han recibido de la mejor manera. Esperamos volver pronto! '

'Finde en familia de 3 noches, espectacular todo. Servicios, pádel, piscina interior, gimnasio,vistas, tranquilidad.. Apto para perritos y tienen todo lo que necesitas. Es la segunda vez que venimos y seguro que repetimos.'

'Nicely located hotel with great views. A bit old fashioned but charming. The outdoor pool was a bit old although still fresh and clean. Welcoming and cheerful personnel with skiing expertise. '

'Sehr angenehmes Haus, in dem man auch mehrere Tage bleiben kann. Sauber, mit sehr nettem Personal und einem liebevoll zubereitetem Frühstück. Man kann von hier aus etliche interessante Ziele in der Nähe erreichen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!'

'Merveilleux hôtel, très bien rénové dans l'esthétique du début du 20ème siècle. Par contre, la restauration n'est pas su tout au niveau. Nous avons laissé sa chance au menu dégustation sans aucune satisfaction. Donc, rien ce point, passez votre chemin.'

"The facility was very modern and cosy at the same time, which resulted in a luxurious yet warming atmosphere. The staff was also really nice and easy-going: when we accidentally checked-out about one hour late they didn't charge us extra. Furthermore the breakfast buffet was really well-organised and extravagant. There was a chef freshly preparing pancaces, eggs, waffles or omelette on the spot. Also there were lots of details and extra's to add to your plate such as fresh cacao for the coffee and lots of spices. All with all it was delicious and a really pleasant suprise. The parking facilities around the hotel are limited to free parking at night or for a €3-15 fee at a private parking space. The Expedia site mentiones a gym and spa, which are not freely accessible."
