Dear Guest, thank you for your comment and yuor good rating, we are pleased you had a good stay with us. We offer internet for free in all guest areas, including guest rooms. A slower version (256kbs) which should be ok to get emails, download the news, skype and a faster option (1mbs) for IDR 100,000 per day for movie/youtube/itunes downloads. However, we are dependent on the islands network to be sufficient and working - during last week's peak season in Bali we were facing some interuptions of service from our hotel to our internet provider and the public net. But in such cases our IT team is working 7 days a week to solve the issue for our guests as soon as possible. Best regards and hope to see you again at our resort.
