Wish we could have stayed longer!!
The St. Regis is a superb resort to stay. If you are looking for first class accomodation, restaurants, swimming pool right infront of a white sandy beach away from the hustle a bustle this is the place for you. Here you will find a sanctuary of peace and tranquillity, supported by outstanding service and politeness from all staff. Hope we can stay here many times in the future!

從下機到酒店，全程服務都一流的，酒店環境好，舒適，早餐，晚餐都很好，精美和多款式，又靠近海灘，房間有按摩浴池，值得一試。唯美中不足的是，早上有隻曱甴在房門內送行，清潔度要提升。

部屋は広く、きれいで快適で、ゆったり気持ちよく過ごせました。海は結構波が高いので、入るのは少しためらわれますが、ビーチベッドで青い空、青い海、白い砂浜を見ながら波音を聴き、心地よい風に吹かれているだけで癒されます。 カユプティのブランチは、素晴らしいです。 バーのアフタヌーンティーでは、室内にいるのが私たちだけだったため、ピアニストの方が日本の曲をたくさん弾いて下さり、美味しいペストリーを頂きながら、大変素敵な時間を過ごせました。 朝食では、日本語がペラペラなSopanさんのおかげで、大変楽しく快適に朝食を頂くことができました。外国にいて、日本語で話しかけて下さるのは大変嬉しいです。しかも流暢であれば、意思疎通が図れるので心強いです。 英語が話せないわけではありませんが、やはり日本語が通じるほうが有難いです。 すべてのスタッフの方がいつも笑顔で親切で、一人一人に合わせたおもてなしをして下さるところがこのホテルの魅力だと思いました。 また行きたいです。

The hotel is beautiful, the food is good (a bit overpriced for what it is), the beach is stunning and the service is amazing. I definitely enjoyed my stay for 2 nights when I was there and was impressed by the quality and the service. The only unfortunate incident for me was after check out, as I accidentally left my charger plugged in next to the bed. When I called the hotel to let them know exactly where it was plugged in and arrange a pick up, they replied there was nothing in the room and that it was empty. I asked for them to speak to cleaning staff as I knew where I left it and the reply was that cleaning staff didnt find anything and there were other guests in the room now. Anyway, good reminder to not leave things behind in the room no matter where you stay. Other than that, the stay really was absolutely amazing and the staff was also wonderful.

Just came back from a one week stay at this property. We stayed in the four bedroom villa (917) and we had the most pleasant stay ever. We would like to give a special thank you to Wawan and Ari for their exceptional service during our stay! They were truly AMAZING. The hotel itself is stunning and beautiful. There is so much to do and so many little details to this resort that makes it that much more beautiful.

This resort is complete luxury . The food excellent the facilities incredible . It is a beautiful resort . The gardens are so tranquil. The staff are all very helpful and friendly . We did have a little problem initially with noise from building works and some other guests crashing their drone on our roof despite a no drone policy . However management upgraded us to the most amazing villa as an apology so peace was restored and I could not only meditate and enjoy the lovely garden but it made our 30th wedding anniversary extra special because the Villa was beyond luxurious . We were treated like royalty and I am very grateful for a truly wonderful stay . A big thank you for spoiling us !! 🙏😊💗

This hotel is beautiful and the staff cannot be beat! Everyone is so nice, so attentive. We could not have asked for more. The food at the restaurants was so good including the breakfast and highly recommend the high tea service.

The St. Regis was an amazing resort. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind and catered to all our needs. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Honestly, can’t say more good things. It would go back in a second. We were so sad to leave.
