Perfect stay for Nusa Dua Beach
This is a very good beach hotel. The beach at Nusa Dua is one of the best in Bali. Rooms are of a good size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Friendly staff. Would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Heerlijk relaxen en je laten verwennen.
Uitstekend hotel met prima voorzieningen. Helaas zijn de prijzen van drank, ontbijt en maaltijden te hoog, waardoor veel gasten dat elders gebruiken. Dit is er m.i. mede oorzaak van dat daardoor onvoldoende omzet wordt gemaakt. Door een iets betere prijsstelling zou de bezetting van de restaurants en terrasjes aanmerkelijk kunnen worden verbeterd.

Property is great but what makes it unique is staff . Staff is working for more than 20-25 years still so passionate and helpful . Even new staff members are so gentle and humble . The staff and there hospitality takes it to another level . Buffet is one of the best and Ikan restaurant food is amazing too . Room service is top notch , rooms are cleaned twice a day . Hotel team goes over and beyond if they know you are there for any celebration. Our room was decorated as they were aware that we were there for my hubbys bday . This was my second visit and will definitely revisit .

The Westin was definitely a five star hotel. The staff were friendly and provided great customer service during my stay. Special thank you to Andre who personally assisted me whenever I had any issues. He was WONDERFUL! The Westin is blessed to have him there. The food options were excellent. We dined at most of the restaurants there and were never disappointed.

Excellent service from all staff. The largest variety of breakfast I ever experienced in my life. However, classical dishes were not that tasty. The cooks require training in Europe to get real flavours into the dishes.

Lobby is beautiful and the location is perfect, we had a warm welcome with a drink and towel, but the rooms are pretty outdated and in desperate need of renovations. The Aircon was the biggest low. The hotel staff though were very warm and friendly and did their best to accomodate any special requests. Buffet breakfast is also expansive and pretty good.

Stayed 2N @ Westin x 3 rooms. Despite complimentary upgrade, the trade-offs were delayed in check-in (rooms only ready around 1630pm). Due to newly renovated, the rooms were dusty, locks not working and VOC smell. We only managed to settle down at around 1730H. Pools closed at 7pm so pretty much thats it to do for the day. We had dinner at Ikan restaurant. Food was pretty decent but a few of us got bitten by mosquitoes despite seated in aircon seating. At night, noticed our rooms also had few mosquitoes and my boys got a few bites again. They should have provided those insects repellent kit in each room. Breakfast spreads were good but couple of flies at some starions with no one attending. Hygiene needs to be improved. Their gym room is bad, you won't expect this standard from a 5 star hotel especially loked Westin. We had supper on 2nd night at bar lounge and thereafter our family had been vomitting and diarrhoea throughout the night till next day. We had to call for medical assistance to attend to us. To be fair, we could not conclude the root cause as our familly had dinner at Bali Collection. That said, 6 of us had dinner at Bali Collection, only 4 of us had supper that the bar. The other 2 were fine. Pros - Staffs were friendly and helpful. Hotel agreed to extend checkout time till 1600H.

Everything was easy and outstanding service- we had a small glitch and required medical attention- doctor arrived in 10mins and was excellent. Really couldn’t have asked for better all the facilities were clean, food was delicious (including the diversity at the buffet breakfast), and the hospitality was so generous. Special thanks to the lady at the kids toy shop for going out of her way for us and the Hamabe teppanyaki chef and staff for making my partner’s birthday special. Thank you for another relaxing stay we look forward to returning.

Unfortunately we arrived to an upgraded garden room that was smelly. That although the air-conditioner was turned on the dampness in the room was unbearable. I was lucky for an room change that was allocated 35 mins later after persistent complaining. Overall, everything worked out. Great breakfast and staff extremely friendly.

Stayed 4 nights in the family suite. Rooms: dated. need renovations Bathrooms: salty water and shower water pressure arent the best Concierge service: unfriendly and takes ages. Room service: WELL DONE! FnB outlet staffs (pool bar, velada, ikan): AWESOME! Conclusion: personally, rather not stay here again as there are newer and better 5 stars nearby. But, definately will be back visiting their FnB outlets..

3세대 가족여행으로 2박3일 묵었습니다. 머문 시간이 짧았지만 가족여행으로 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. 포인트 우선 사용하고 식사 등 모두 체크아웃 때 계산하는 방식이 편리했습니다. 무엇보다 두 객실이 한 대문괴 거실을 같이 쓰는 패밀리룸이 매우 편리하고 좋았습니다. 잘 쉬다갑니다. 추천합니다.
