'Great location 20 minutes from Labuan Bajo by boat free taxi service runs during the day at set times if you arrive after dark you go by road 45 minutes but worth it. Fantastic facilities on site, staff could do enough for you, booked a number of off site trips and diving all planned and made so easy by the staff. But always back for a sun down cocktail on the water. Been to many countries and stayed in some fabulous places, this is up there with the best! Might even come back again'

'Stunning views, weak on privacy and upkeep Two nights as a solo traveller at a premium rate. The view is spectacular, the bathroom excellent, and I liked the free use of a bicycle and quad bike to reach the private beach. Breakfast is included; dinner is pricey at around 30 euros a head. My main issue: staff entered my occupied room twice without permission. The first time the front desk knew I was inside, as I had just checked in. I had headphones on and did not hear the knock, but no answer...

'We had a great one night stay at the Nirvana hotel in their presidential suite. The room was really lovely, large, comfy and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay and the breakfast and dinner were nice. Its location is good for tours in and around Tetebatu and it appears to be one of the most 'western' hotels in the area. We also had live music during our dinner which was really fun!'

'Il posto è magnifico. Il personale (giovanissimo) si dedica completamente a soddisfare i bisogni dell'ospite. Un consiglio: migliorare l'offerta del cibo e la pulizia della piscina.'

'Lovely place and the staff and customer service were stellar. The restaurant was also the best food we have had in Sumba so far. The spa is under construction, so there were no spa services, even in the rooms, which was disappointing. We were warned about the construction of the spa, but didn’t realize that meant there would be no place to get a massage even nearby for a reasonable price. Nevertheless, we give it five stars.'

'Great staff and rooms'

'Séjour dans cette hôtel surprenant,d’avoir un tel niveau de propreté ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel et la direction(couple) sont tres appréciable. Je conseil cette hôtel a n’importe quel étranger européen, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!'

'Amazing hotel. Beautiful place in secluded relaxing area of Lombok. Rooms were stunning and the staff were super friendly and helpful! Can’t recommend enough hoping to come back soon!'
