He was very customer oriented and was prompt to attend to our request. He provided very clear instruction on how to access the carpark and room. We had a very pleasant stay. 'This was my 2nd stay at this great renowned hotel in Johor Bahru. The room was slightly smaller than the previous stay.
Wifi & other basic necessities were abundantly sufficient.
The only room for improvement (RFI):-
1) Please change the pillows to a softer more comfortable one. I had all 4 x hard pillows. Ended up with a stiff neck & shoulder the next morning.
2) please ensure that the toiletries especially soap were topped up slightly a bit more regardless weekday or weekend.
