'Good'

'The location is very convenience. Its easy to go out for eat. Room is big and nice. Variety of breakfast is also more than enough. The personels is also friendly and helpfull. Have nothing to complaint about this hotel. Just onething that I have surprise. And thats about the check in. They say check in is 3 p.m. I came round after 3. And I have to wait more than 3 hours to get my room. I do understand in the period of Ramadhan and almost Eid Mubarak, most of Jakarta people going to spend time at...

'The breakfast was great, and the staff, particularly Miss Asti, were extremely friendly and helpful. However, the housekeeping staff could use some additional training. On occasion, they would forget to restock the toilet paper, forcing us to request some from the reception desk. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was also convenient.'

'Amazing experience overall'

'there were ongoing renovations which were slightly disturbing. But there is basically no coffee shop nor restaurant in this hotel, I tried to get coffee but gave up waiting after 30 min.'

Vrij beperkte keuze.'

'This was my second time staying at this hotel during a visit to Jakarta. They upgraded my room from Deluxe to Superior because I was staying longer, which I appreciated. The first room was nice, but the sink was clogged and the air conditioner was leaking, so I requested a room change. The hotel accommodated my request without any issues. In the second room, we had problems with the Wi-Fi connection, which was unreliable during our stay. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with...

Ligging naast winkelcentrum is prettig. '

'Fijn hotel met vriendelijke staff. Eenvoudig ontbijtbuffet. Kamer zeer netjes verzorgd. Veel restaurantjes in de nabije omgeving.'

'Staffs was good, we change our room twice bcs it’s too dirty.. cats can enter our room?!? '
