' Good quiet. Service good. Food good. Milk shake good. Pool, okay, could be cleaner on top. Breakfast excellent. I would recommend and come back.'

'Am besten hat mir das Personal gefallen. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein paar sogar ausgesprochen aufmerksam ohne dass man etwas fragen musste. Leider weiß ich deren Namen nicht mehr, aber ich habe es ihnen direkt gesagt. Die Lage ist natürlich sehr gut, zu Fuß keine 5 Minuten zum Strand, ca. 7 Minuten zur Nyali Centre Mall. Die Zimmer sind schön, einzig die Bäder könnte man mal renovieren. Was fehlt, ist das landesübliche Bidet. Sehr seltsam... Ansonsten top. Die negativen...

'The checkin was quick and staff were helpful, the pool is nice and big. There is no ac in the lounge area which is annoying. The cottage was decent. Right on the beach which is so nice.'

'Breakfast was ok but not very exciting. Hotel is not at the beach ! So you need to take a cab to get there. Hotel is a bit aged but still ok. Clean. Water of the shower was not warm enough. Airco was doing his job in hot weather. We appreciated the fridge in the room. We were late for breakfast (till 10) but reception called us to ask if we still wanted breakfast and we could eat till 11. '

'Our stay at the Swahili Beach Apartments was lovely. The staff were very kind and receptive to our requests, however, there are a few things that we’re missing in the unit. 1. Water was said to be provided, and on the first day it was, however on the second day we were told that water was only provided for the first day.
