Hotel ligt niet ver van rivier en oude stad, maar ligt op heuvel, dus best ongemakkelijk en vermoeiend om van daaruit te voet te vertrekken. Receptie werkt zeer traag. Het duurde maar liefst 20 minuten om uit te checken.'

'Good hotel. Breakfast was at a restaurant down the street. You got a little container of yoghurt with granola and fruit and you got to choose a meal, a hot beverage, and a cold beverage. It was very good and filling! The room was very big and clean with a nice balcony. The only downside was that the curtains let in a lot of light in the morning. Across the street is a furnicular that brings you next to a parking garage. If coming with the car, I recommend parking here. Walking from the parking...

'Our room was large and comfortable with a good view of the town. The sauna and pool were nice, staff was friendly and helpful. A great stay and a good value. Location is perfect.
My only complaint is there were often no towels available when I went to sauna. It is uncomfortable to sit in a sauna in a woman's bathingsuit without a towel. I understand where some people take too many of the towels especially large ones. Maybe just more small towels for the sauna. '
