'The room was pretty clean but had a slight sewage smell and rust on the bathroom door frame. Breakfast was not great for me. I asked if they had any gluten free options and the girl just said no. Other hotels in the past had frozen muffins and individual yogurts. Also the side door we used never locked... anyone could just walk in without using a key card.'

'The hotel was being updated/remodeled while we were there, but the staff and workers did everything they could to limit the exposure to the work being done. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the morning breakfast items were in good supply.'

'The hotel is easy to locate and has plenty of lit parking. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. Our 2 queen room "suite" was great. It had a separate couch area to stretch out on which could have been made into a trundle bed. The regular beds were very comfortable. For my taste the bedroom area was a little bit dim on lighting but if you left the large bathroom door open with the light on it was fine. There is a small desk by couch that's well lit. 'We particularly enjoyed on site breakfast allowing us to get on the road in a timely fashion the next morning.'

'The hotel is currently under renovations. My room did not have a working shower - I arrived late and departed very early. Management onsite indicated I would get a refund for the inconvenience. However, the next day the "senior" leader indicated I would get "points". This is extremely disappointing for a Hilton / Hampton Hotel. I trust the right people will make this right.'
