'Not many hostels in Hervey Bay but if you’re looking for an eco-friendly option this is the place. The girl at reception was nice, helped me out with some things and just good chat. Rooms are clean although a bit worn down. But then again it has pretty affordable pricing. Enough amenities to get your solo travel sorted out and nearby the beach.'

It was obviously a little dated - that's why it was budget, it was one of their older rooms - but all the necessities were there. The motel is located at the beginning (or end, if you will) of the Esplanade; plenty to see within walking distance'

The armchairs were the most comfortable recliners and the TV was huge!!! The stovetop and full kitchen facilities were perfect. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you! The water view was a nice bonus. '

'The level and noice of guests in lot of other rooms, including left and right of me, made me sleep very little. By its location and other services (big bar) apparently the hotel attracts these kind of guests. Lots of other guests were completely drunk. '
