Mooi huis met 4 slaapkamers, zeezicht in West Beach

10 personen, 4 slaapkamers / 2 badkamers: 1 koning, 1 koningin en 4 singles, 1 slaapbank. TV in den met basis kabel, TV met kabel in 3 slaapkamers (King slaapkamer heeft Smart TV), draadloos internet. Twee overdekte portieken, dek, afgesloten buitendouche met warm en koud water, en overdekte parkeerplaats. Op het zuiden gelegen veranda heeft gedeeltelijk uitzicht op de oceaan, picknicktafel, Adirondack schommelstoelen, bar tafel en stoelen. Noordkant dek heeft gedeeltelijk uitzicht op moeras. Wij zijn gelegen op slechts een korte wandeling (ongeveer 75 meter) naar de toegang tot het strand. Stap binnen en je vindt een open concept woonkamer met rieten meubels in de woonkamer. De eetkamer en keuken vindt u bijgewerkte verlichting en tegelvloer. De eettafel biedt plaats aan zes personen, met drie extra plekken op het kookeiland. De kasten zitten vol met borden, kookgerei, kleine apparaten en glazen. U vindt alles wat u nodig heeft om heerlijke maaltijden te bereiden. U kunt ook een lijst met restaurants en menu's krijgen als u besluit dat u liever niet kookt. De woonkamer, de slaapkamers en de zolder op de tweede verdieping zijn allemaal voorzien van vloerbedekking en ingericht om het huis een vintage strandhuisje te geven. Nachtelijke verhuur alleen buiten het seizoen.

This property is perfectly situated across the street and just a couple houses down from public beach access. We were able to come and go to the beach very easily. The property is about 10-15 minutes away from some great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, mini-golfing, etc. The house itself was very nice and clean and we enjoyed the décor. The rooms are fairly spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The living room area is cozy and there is a cute sitting area upstairs that the kids enjoyed using to play games. We enjoyed the picnic table on the porch facing the beach and ate almost every evening meal outside. There is a shower and hose outside to rinse off sand and a large shed to store your beach gear. The only reason I knocked off a star is because outside there were many ground bee nests (mining bees or yellow jackets) near the front stairway and they would be flying all over the place throughout the day (they seemed to quiet down at night). There also was construction next door which seemed to scatter the palmetto bugs as there were dead ones all over the exterior; however, as stated I'm guessing this was due to the construction. Overall we had a great stay and I would recommend this property for your beach vacation.

We loved the property and location to the beach. The pictures didn’t do the space justice. There was more room than we had anticipated. The linen service could probably be better as the towels were sub par as far as size and quality. Overall the property was very nice and would stay here again in the future.

Ill start by saying as far as pictures and location go, it is very accurate. Beach was 2-3min walking and the rooms looked exactly as pictured. I wont say the stay wasnt pleasant, but we did run into a situation checking in. When we arrived we found dead roaches of varying sizes all over the hoise. I appreciate that a pest control was used before we arrived, but i dont have much confidence that the house was cleaned well before we arrived. Fortunatley we didnt see any live roaches (inside), but our experience was definitely soured by that. For the hefty cleaning fee i would expect a bit better. All in all we did the house and location.

Believer's Retreat was an exceptional property. The cleanliness was excellent. It was ocean view and a very short walk to beach access. Everyone in the group loved the accommodations and we will definitely be back next year. The host was very prompt in answering any questions we had. Great Location, less than two minutes to beach. The view from the front porch is amazing, great place to eat breakfast! The house has games and other little things for families to do at night. Great home with everything you need. So close to the beach - can see it from deck/living areas. Beach is large and clean. Property manager was very helpful and accommodating. Great area to walk and ride bikes and drive around. Had some lovely meals out and in. Home could use some updating (cracked countertop etc) but it does not affect the use or enjoyability of the home. We would absolutely go back!
