A Note on Coastal Living

Weather on the coast can be unpredictable—summer storms and occasional hurricanes are part of the experience. Refunds are not provided for weather-related travel changes unless a mandatory evacuation is issued. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.



Golf Cart is provided with booking when available. Golf cart usage requires any driver to have a valid driver's license. Minors without a driver's license are prohibited from driving the cart. Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited from driving the cart. Guests accept full responsibility for liability and damages to the cart during their stay. Keys will be provided to guests only after requirements are met.



Hot Tub and Pool will be serviced in accordance with NC state health department requirements. Access must be provided to technician.
