'Very nice facility!'

'Pool was advertised but closed. Room was a total mess. there was a stain on one of the bedsheets, TV wouldn't turn on, the bathtub was absolutely disgusting and the light in there didn't work unless you turned on the mirror. If it wasn't for the fact that we were only staying one night to drive the rest of the way back home I would've absolutely asked to switch rooms. Bathroom door also wouldn't close. I took a video but won't let me upload it'

'The property hasnt been maintained properly, overtime it shows. Yes, landscaping crew was there cutting grass during my stay but when they dont clean up the debris afterwards it builds up every where(door matts, walkways driveway etc..) I checked into a room that smelled clran , presentable but was wrong room. The correct room was presentable but didnt smell like the other room, my bathroom had blue toothpaste on the sink, to me not clean. I really liked the property the only thing missing was...

'My stay at Comfort Suites was overall okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The staff was polite and check-in was smooth, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room could have been better. While it wasn’t terrible, there were a few areas that needed more attention, and it didn’t feel as fresh as I expected.
