'I didn’t like having to move to another room because the carpet needed to be removed. I am a senior citizen, so it was not easy to go back and forth emptying my room. There was mold in the bathroom tiles, but I took care of that. All in all, I am satisfied with ESA and will always book my rooms with this facility.'

The parking spots can be tight and we ran into some having our spot taken one night so we just parked at one that was available. It was never confirmed if we needed to park as assigned to our room but considering each spot had the room number we followed that each night.'

"Zeer vriendelijk personeel, er was een probleem met onze kamer door een lek en kregen meteen een andere kamer.
Ontbijt en diner is wel beperkt. Ontbijtbuffet is 20$ pp maar is het niet echt waard. In veel andere hotels is het buffet vaak rond 12$ en een stuk uitgebreider. Het restaurantpersoneel is daarentegen wel geweldig en doen hard hun best om je zo goed mogelijk van dienst te zijn.
Nette kamers, elke dag schone handdoeken en lakens, netheid in het hotel algemeen is ook top.

"This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. The first 2 were in 2016 and 17. At that time this hotel was great. Not the greatest, but very good.
Now in 2025 I was surprised about the state of this hotel.
I doubt anything was done on maintenance in the last 7 years. Looking at previous reviews what I did not do before rebooking, I have the feeling the section 8 comments are correct.
When paying 200 USD per night you might expect a little more then coke dealers at the pool area, algea infested pool, marijuana scents through the entire hotel. People smoking weed at the hotel room doors. Overall the hotel is completely run down.
The room was spacious, that was the only good thing.
In the entire room/suite 2 electrical sockets worked. A/C was extremely noisy and in bad shape. Everything was rusty, moldy and stained. No working lights in the bed area, and again, no working electrical sockets.
I can barely believe the owner has let this nice hotel get run down this bad."
