'Dulce and the rest of the team gave us the best experience in Oaxaca, they went above and beyond to help us with everything, from scheduling a cab at 4:00am to give us plenty of information about the city. Quiet suite, got plenty of rest. I definitely recommend this place.'

'We booked this hotel last minute as our travel plans were altered by protesters blocking the highway to Puerto Escondido. Very glad we decided to stay here! The hotel was very pretty, quiet and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and there are some great restaurants nearby. My only negative was the rock-hard beds which, for some reason, tend to be the norm for smaller hotels in Mexico. Would definitely stay here again (if they provide a bed topper)!'

The room is very comfortable and the property is centrally located to everything. The grounds itself is very clean and safe. There is a communal kitchen that has everything to prepare a meal or store your leftovers in the refrigerator. Can’t wait to go back. '

"I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
