'Rooms were larger than normal with kitchen area, seating area and 2 separate bedrooms. We had a late night check-in due to a flight delay and the staff had all the paperwork waiting for us when we walked in. The cleanliness standards were 100% impressive. The hotel is very quiet. It is located in a very safe area with dozens of restaurants, cafes, mini marts and bars on the street. Walking distance to the Zocalo (city center) was 15-20 minutes.'

'Fantastic stay and they also they offer a shuttle service which was great if you needed to run short distances. The roof top was amazing which you can order drinks and food. We had booked five rooms and the only hicup was at check in. Unfortunately after having an early morning flight, we had to wait two hours to get our rooms when checking in. But, after we got our rooms, it was smooth sailing. Throughout our stay, there was three weddings and two other events. The hotel is popular...

"I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
