'Hotel Unique has a reputation to loose, but makes it work every time again. Stayed here several times and cannot say or mention anything negative (may the price, but then quality has its price, specially in Sao Paulo.
Staff is acting superb and prompt at every request and nothing seems to be too much!

'My room was well decorated with high quality finishes. The restaurant area was large, bright and cheery. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. I have two somewhat negative comments. First, very few of the staff spoke English. Finally, the hotel does not have heat. I was chilly for four days..... Overall, I highly recommend this property, especially at their room rates. I would stay there again without question.'
