'A very good hotel with a modern, spacious room (toilet paper can be flushed) and a kitchen. In warm weather, you can cool off in the rooftop pool. The staff are also very friendly. The breakfast is excellent as well! We were always warmly welcomed by the lady who prepares eggs and pancakes for you. In short, highly recommended if you are staying in São Paulo. 'The staff was really nice and friendly! Besides Português, the speak English and Spanish. I took away one star because the wifi did not work during my 3 day stay. They said it was a whole neighborhood outage so I understood. However, it was a major inconvenience not having wifi. Also, I found a cockroach in my bathroom. I would be willing to stay again and give the establishment another chance because of the staff and the great location. But, I would hope these were just temporary issues.'

'Luckily I only stayed one night but didn't get any relaxing or sleep. As soon as my alarm clock woke me....i scrambled to get out. It is in a flight path... And when for a split minute without planes, there comes the traffic and street noise. Just horrible. '

'The staff is fantastic. The buffet breakfast had several options. It was easy to get an Uber to travel to restaurants and Avenue Paulista. Lots of green space. Grocery store is within walking distance. '
